What should an RFQ include?
Material, process, target temperature, chamber size, batch load, vacuum or gas, heating/cooling requirement, voltage, destination and expected timeline.
Can a sample or trial test be arranged?
For some projects a no-load test, temperature uniformity check or material process discussion can be planned. A real material trial needs agreed test conditions.
Which trade terms are practical?
EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP can be discussed. Final scope should state packing, inland handling, sea freight, insurance, unloading and installation responsibility.
What documents are normally prepared?
